Specialista Senior / Project Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Senior Specialist to plan and manage impactful social media marketing campaigns that enhance AliExpress' brand value in Italy. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.
  2. Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing strategies, and platform mechanisms on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  3. Excellent creative thinking and content creation skills.
  4. Strong data analysis skills to adjust strategies based on insights.
  5. A proactive, results-oriented approach capable of driving initiatives forward in uncertain environments.
  6. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous.
  7. Agency experience is also encouraged.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  9. Proficiency in Italian and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  10. BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Responsibilities include:
