Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a rewarding, market-leading end-user organization based in Europe. This is an exciting new position within a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and user engagement.

Location

Europe-based, with remote work and occasional travel. Candidates from Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, and Sweden are considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Oracle Cloud HCM systems
• Provide system administration and support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage change requests
• Engage with the user community to ensure system effectiveness

Requirements
