A leading company is seeking a Pricing Representative to support pricing activities across Italy and Iberia. This role involves managing pricing conditions, resolving claims, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a Pricing Representative to join our Professional Hygiene Business Unit. If you are passionate about numbers, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to commercial decisions that make a real difference, this could be your next great opportunity.
In this role, you will support and manage pricing activities across Italy and Iberia (Spain, Canary Islands, and Portugal). You will be the key link between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in pricing processes.
Please note: the site is not easily accessible by public transportation, so the use of a private vehicle is recommended.
Location: Legnano (MI), Italy
What You’ll DoManage and maintain pricing conditions (promotions, special prices, discounts, free goods, etc.) based on sales input via CRM or email
Handle and resolve pricing claims from distributors in a timely manner
Verify daily distributor orders in collaboration with the Customer Service Front Office
Support pricing processes by collecting and reviewing consumption data, issuing credit notes, and tracking accruals in SAP
Manage discounts and bonuses, including year-end bonuses, quarterly accrual forecasts, and credit notes at the start of the new year
Provide ongoing support to the Sales team with performance insights and target monitoring
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams: Sales, Controlling, Administration, and Customer Service
You hold a degree in Economics or a related field
You are fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
You are comfortable using SAP (previous experience is a plus)
You have strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
You are proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
You have at least some experience, even through internships, in commercial, customer service, or finance-related roles
12-month fixed-term contract
