Job Description

Jobtech, a digital agency for employment, is seeking an Administrative Accounts Clerk interested in pursuing a career in the fashion industry in Milan. Consider this opportunity and submit your application.

What does the offer include?
  • Salary: Classified at level 4 or 5 of the CCNL Textile Industry;
  • Type and duration of contract: Initial 4-month temporary contract, with potential for permanent employment;
  • Working days and hours: Part-time 20 hours/week;

  • Start period: April 2025.

What we are looking for?
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in accounting;
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (will be tested during the interview);
  • Knowledge of general accounting and invoicing (accounts receivable/payable);
  • Familiarity with first note entries and basic administrative management;
  • Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
Your responsibilities will include
  • Managing general accounting;
  • Registering invoices (receivable and payable);
  • First note accounting entries;
  • Extensive use of Excel for data extraction and analysis;
  • Supporting the team in administrative reporting;
  • Archiving and managing administrative documentation.
