We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, working remotely or from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay current with product launches and transitions to support sales engagement programs.
  • Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, establishing customer rapport.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.
  • Provide product information, technical training, and support through presentations.
  • Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally.
  • Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulations, and gathering customer feedback.
  • Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressors and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
  • Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
