Job Description:

Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, and a branch in Tradate, is seeking for a client operating in the mechanical field:

Junior Technical Office Employee

Position: The selected candidate will join the technical office and will be responsible for modifying and developing 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using CAD software (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) based on client specifications. They will support in designing mechanical components, defining technical specifications according to production needs.

They will collaborate with the production team to ensure the correct realization of drawings and specifications, and will prepare technical documentation, supporting the verification and control phases during production.

Requirements: The ideal profile holds a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in mechanical field and has good knowledge of main CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). They must have essential skills in modifying and developing mechanical drawings and are interested in gaining skills in quality control. Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, teamwork skills, and good interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of basic quality standards in the mechanical sector is a plus.

Additional Information: Work location: near Oggiona. Full-time day shift from Monday to Friday. Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Salary based on experience.
