The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain a community within your center. Your role involves managing administrative and support needs, allowing your customers to focus on their core business activities.


A typical day at IWG

You arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check for any missed tasks. Throughout the day, you assist customers with various requests, such as WiFi codes, package arrivals, directions, and technical setups. You handle incoming calls, manage billing, and take short breaks to relax.


You sort mail, follow up with customers, and support event planning with the Community Manager. You promote the space to prospects and help organize networking events. At day's end, you ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next day.


About you

We seek someone capable of multitasking while delivering excellent customer service. You should be:

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and empathize (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to change
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old
