We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity, with an option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including support for products and services.
  • Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and establish strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.
  • Provide technical presentations on new products, project timelines, quality performance, and conduct technical training.
  • Document market and customer insights and communicate findings to the organization.
  • Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
  • Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Participate in regional and international trade shows and support promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or R&D.
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
