Job Opportunity: Back Office

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial contacts with clients
• Provide direct support to sales agents, offering operational assistance and necessary information for sales activities
• Handle order reception, data entry into the management system, and subsequent invoicing
• Manage returns and complaints
