Job Description:

Description: We are looking for a Project Lead Engineer to join our Grid Automation Business Unit. As a Project Lead Engineer, you will drive project engineering, report to the Engineering Manager, and work closely with the Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Execute Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects by leading all technical activities and coordinating the project team.
2. Proactively seek and implement improvements in the execution process.
3. Uphold safety and integrity values.
4. Be a collaborative team player.
5. Support the bid & proposal team.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of professional experience.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
4. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or German is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Good knowledge of power systems, LV, MV, and HV electrical equipment, switchgears, and generation equipment.
6. Knowledge of Microgrid systems, battery storage, and renewable generation is a plus.
7. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
8. Flexibility to travel occasionally.
