POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Service Support Experts take initiative and deliver a broad range of services to ensure smooth food and beverage operations. Whether setting tables, assisting in the kitchen, or cleaning and replenishing supplies, they support the overall guest experience.
Success in this role depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication. Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feet, managing menus, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds alone or 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties well is essential to serve our guests and support our business effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required; experience in food and beverage preferred.
Supervisory Experience: None.
License or Certification: None required.
