Part-Time Opportunity: Community & Event Management

Location: Tier-1 Italian cities (ideally Milan, Rome, Turin) – Remote

Duration: 3 to 6 Months (with potential to extend)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Community & Event Management Part-Timer ready to ignite local ecosystems and bring our global vision to life. You’ll serve as a key connector between our platform and your city’s changemakers—sparking collaborations, bringing people together, and powering purposeful engagement.

Responsibilities

1. Activate and grow vibrant communities aligned with sustainability and innovation.
2. Organize high-impact, human-centered events (online & in-person) that energize and connect.
3. Build bridges with speakers, thought leaders, and local innovators.
4. Craft meaningful content to share our mission and catalyze engagement.
5. Participate in onboarding to understand community dynamics and event strategy.
6. Plan, promote, and execute community-centric events.
7. Co-create with speakers, sponsors, and partners to maximize event value.
8. Facilitate conversations that lead to collaboration.
9. Produce engaging content (posts, visuals, stories) showcasing community voices.
10. Report on impact, engagement, and insights for future improvements.
11. Listen to local feedback and translate into actionable steps.

Note: Training may be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.

Who You Are

• You’re a natural connector with a passion for people and purpose.
• You have experience or strong motivation in community building, event organization, or content creation.
• You care deeply about sustainability, collaboration, and driving real change.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Organized, resourceful, and comfortable with tools like Zoom, Canva, Slack, and social media.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• You see challenges as opportunities and turn ideas into action.

Compensation & Benefits

Approx. 5 to 10 hours per week, hourly compensation based on experience, additional benefits based on results and milestones, with potential for long-term growth and deeper involvement.
