UNITA GEIE (European Economic Interest Grouping) is seeking an Administration Responsible to join its team in Torino, Italy.
The selected candidate will oversee financial management, budget control, economic reporting, and supplier contracts within the UNITA European University framework.
The ideal profile includes a degree in economics, law, or related fields, 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Italian and English.
Context
In January 2023, the six founding universities of the UNITA alliance established UNITA GEIE, the first European Economic Interest Grouping of its kind, to strengthen institutional collaboration. This legal structure supports joint efforts in education, research, and societal engagement, aligned with EU strategies on higher education. It enables innovative, transnational academic cooperation with a strong European dimension. UNITA GEIE now includes two additional full partners and one associate partner. It is a key component of the EU co-funded UNITA project.

The person will be recruited by UNITA GEIE and will be expected to work remotely, with on-site presence in Turin, Italy, required 1–2 days per week. Activities will be carried out within the framework of the UNITA European University.

Employment conditions can be tailored based on the candidate’s availability, ongoing professional commitments, and relevant skills.
Both freelance collaboration and a fixed-term two-year employment contract (National Collective Labor Agreement – CCNL, Level 1) are possible.
An initial minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required, with in-person work in Turin and possible remote work, depending on agreements and specific needs.
