Villa La Massa, part of Villa d’Este Hotels, is located on the Arno River near Florence. The property, dating back to the 13th century, is set in 10 hectares of parkland and offers 54 rooms and suites across 6 villas. It features two restaurants: Il Verrocchio, serving a classic Italian menu with contemporary notes, and Il Bistrot L’Oliveto, offering light, international cuisine and a traditional Tuscan trattoria experience in summer evenings. The Role

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring personalized and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has teamwork skills, knowledge of service standards, and the ability to create personalized interactions with guests and colleagues.
