Role Overview: We seek a Community & Event Management Part-Time Coordinator to energize local ecosystems, foster collaborations, and engage communities around sustainability and innovation. You will activate and grow communities, organize events, connect with local thought leaders, and create content to promote our mission.

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard into Hubbers' community dynamics and event strategies.
  2. Plan, promote, and execute community events (online & in-person).
  3. Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and partners.
  4. Facilitate conversations and collaborations.
  5. Create engaging content (posts, visuals, stories).
  6. Report on impact and engagement metrics.
  7. Gather feedback from your local network and implement improvements.

Who You Are:

  • A natural connector passionate about people and purpose.
  • Experience or motivation in community building, event organization, or content creation.
  • Deep commitment to sustainability and collaboration.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Organized, resourceful, and proficient with Zoom, Canva, Slack, social media.
  • Curious, adaptable, eager to learn.
  • Proactive in turning ideas into actions.
