Job Description

The Position: As Engagement Manager, Global Operational Pricing Excellence, you will work with customers to understand their needs, develop project plans, and coordinate activities. You will lead projects focusing on operational aspects of the pricing function—processes, organization, systems, and tools. Building on internal knowledge and expertise, you will ensure project delivery on schedule with high quality and value.

You will oversee and guide a team of consultants, analyze operational pricing efficiency, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Initially, you will support final deliverables preparation, provide feedback, and guide analysts. There is significant growth potential, and you will contribute to business development by creating proposals for new and existing clients. This is a full-time, home-based role, ideally located in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, or Poland, with the requirement to be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage teams, including internal and external resources, in delivering client analyses and deliverables.
2. Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
3. Leverage business experience to identify strategic options and project approaches.
4. Conduct client interviews to gather insights and assess pricing maturity.
5. Develop knowledge of operational pricing methodologies and pharmaceutical markets.
6. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop proposals and marketing collateral.
7. Support business development by leveraging client relationships and promoting EVERSANA’s services.
8. Ensure high quality in deliverables with strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
9. Publish and present thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational consulting (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of change management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendations.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%.
