The Position: As Engagement Manager, Global Operational Pricing Excellence, you will work with customers to understand their needs, develop project plans, and coordinate activities. You will lead projects focusing on operational aspects of the pricing function—processes, organization, systems, and tools. Building on internal knowledge and expertise, you will ensure project delivery on schedule with high quality and value.
You will oversee and guide a team of consultants, analyze operational pricing efficiency, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Initially, you will support final deliverables preparation, provide feedback, and guide analysts. There is significant growth potential, and you will contribute to business development by creating proposals for new and existing clients. This is a full-time, home-based role, ideally located in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, or Poland, with the requirement to be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.
