Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-grow Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background and a strong willingness to learn and develop skills in the field of plant maintenance.

In your role you will:

• Support in the design and development of technical solutions for plant maintenance;
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
• Analyze and solve technical problems related to the plants;
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency;
• Draft and update technical documentation.

The ideal candidate has:

• Degree in Mechanical, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD;
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industrial standards;

Nice to have:

• Problem-solving skills and team-oriented attitude;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Advanced level (minimum B2) of English - written and spoken.
