Senior UX / UI Designer (Figma + React Handoff)

Location : Remote | Type : Freelance / Contract | Start : Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX / UI Designer to lead the design of a new B2B SaaS platform currently in development.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of front-end integration with React-based environments, ensuring design-to-dev alignment from day one.

Responsibilities :

• Design and prototype intuitive, responsive user interfaces—from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactions.
• Build and manage a scalable design system in Figma, optimized for developer handoff and consistency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate product logic into simple, usable interfaces.
• Prepare clean, well-documented assets and flows for front-end teams, ensuring pixel accuracy and React compatibility.
• Contribute to user research, usability testing, and iterative improvements.

Requirements :

• 4+ years of UX / UI experience with a strong digital product portfolio.
• Expert-level Figma skills : components, variants, auto layout, prototyping.
• Familiarity with React and front-end workflows (JSX structure, design feasibility).
• Solid grasp of responsive design and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Storybook, Zeplin, or similar handoff tools.
• Basic knowledge of CSS / styled-components.
• Prior experience working in SaaS or early-stage startup environments.
