We are seeking for an IMPIEGATO/IMPIEGATA CUSTOMER SERVICE with English language skills for a major client in the rubber and plastics sector. The role involves managing the entire order process, from receipt to shipment, handling complaints and credit notes, interfacing with production and internal functions, and performing administrative back-office activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language such as German and/or French is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or commercial back-office is appreciated.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
  • Teamwork skills.

Contract Details: Fixed-term contract for 6 months, salary based on experience.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Work location: Province of Pescara.
