Intertek, a leading international company in ATIC services (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification), is seeking a Project Inspection Coordinator E&I for a project of at least 6 months with a client in the Oil & Gas sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality level of products delivered to clients by defining and implementing the control plan through the execution of company standards and client-specific requirements, managing and coordinating activities with external entities/agencies.

Responsibilities:

• According to project requirements, issue necessary documents as specified in the contract and company standards (e.g., Inspection Plan, procedures/specifications).
• Plan activities in coordination with PE/PM and Procurement, utilizing external inspection companies as needed, based on Inspection Plan and contractual documents.
• Participate in inspection, testing, PIM, and KOM activities (on-site or remote) required for the proper execution of the project.
• Identify, issue, and manage NCRs throughout the project lifecycle (including the site), from inspection to client acceptance, proposing solutions and highlighting the need for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with 'Production Processes Quality' and 'Dossier Certification' functions for control activities and certification dossier completion.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and P&ID.
• Understand applicable construction codes and international standards.
• Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
