Job Opportunity: Middle Office Bancario - Private and Wealth Management - Milano

Adecco Italia, Milano, Italy, is seeking to fill a position within Adecco Financial Services, a specialized branch in Credit & Banking, for a leading Banking Group with nationwide presence.

Position: Middle Office Bancario - Private and Wealth Management

Location: Milano

The selected candidate will join the Private Banking & Wealth Management division, supporting the commercial activities of bankers and their clients. Main activities include:

1. Managing all phases of account opening, client onboarding, account closure, succession, validation, and anomaly management, in compliance with current regulations.
2. Handling all routine and extraordinary operational activities related to current accounts (e.g., transfers, payments, credit cards, checks).
3. Executing orders (equities, bonds, ETFs, structured products, funds), portfolio transfers, and managing corporate actions accurately and promptly.
4. Performing daily operational controls with accuracy and independence.
5. Managing client relationships concerning operational activities.
6. Assessing operational risks and highlighting anomalies or doubts to supervisors.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in economics or law.
• Previous experience in banking back/middle office.
• Knowledge of banking regulations (AML, Mifid, Fatca, etc.) and ability to manage related activities.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to interact autonomously with clients.

Offer: 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension, full-time (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday), salary €35,000 + €7 meal vouchers, based in Milano. Expected start date: 09/06/2025.
