We are seeking a Thermal Engineer to join our team in Milan.

Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to all assigned service calls during duty hours.
• Perform work safely, following company safety policies and relevant codes of practice.
• Assist in maintaining a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate.
• Coordinate with back office to schedule, plan, and close work orders using established workflows.
• Keep the scheduling team informed of schedule changes and job statuses.
• Complete and submit daily paperwork accurately and promptly; debrief wireless field service jobs at customer sites when possible.
• Report sales or service leads to the appropriate department.
• Support company vision and management decisions.
• Follow all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 processes.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools properly.
• Work as part of the service team, supporting business needs and providing technical assistance on-site for complex issues.
• Assist department managers, sales teams, and contracts engineers with operational duties.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with export, import, and supply chain security regulations.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have experience in a technical service environment with thermal equipment or similar, and possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
