We’re on the lookout for an experienced AI Data Engineer Consultant with a strong background in deep learning and time series analysis. If you're passionate about building intelligent systems that solve complex, real-world challenges and thrive in cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions focused on time series analysis for business-critical applications
2. Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained language models and recurrent neural networks (RNNs) for specialized use cases
3. Build and maintain efficient data processing pipelines to support model training and inference
4. Implement and evaluate model deployment strategies in production environments
5. Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation
6. Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and research in AI, ML, and neural network architectures

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI / ML solutions in production settings
3. Strong Python programming skills, including experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and SciPy
4. Expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow, particularly for RNNs and custom neural network models
5. Proven experience with time series data management and analysis techniques
6. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
7. Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and unit testing practices
8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

1. Experience with model compression techniques (e.g., pruning, quantization, distillation)
2. Hands-on knowledge of transformer models and large language models (LLMs)
3. Understanding of MLOps workflows and model lifecycle management
4. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
5. Exposure to cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)
6. Background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
