Project Development Manager - Engineer, Renewable Energy (Italy, Remote)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of renewable energy in Italy? We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Development Manager to lead the development of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across the country.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Reviewing and assessing technical project documents, drawings, and reports to guarantee the highest quality and compliance.
3. Coordinating with external consultants and local engineering firms to bring technical documentation to life.
4. Collaborating closely with a dynamic international engineering team to meet all regulatory and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy preferred); a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Has solid experience developing renewable projects within Italy and is comfortable working with international teams.
3. Possesses strong technical skills, with the ability to review and challenge project documentation effectively.
4. Is familiar with solar, wind, and BESS industry standards and regulations.
5. Fluent in Italian and has excellent command of English.
6. Is proactive, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and has great interpersonal skills.

Location: Remote (based in Italy) with national travel and occasional trips abroad.
