Responsibilities :
  1. Define and develop safety concepts.
  2. Contribute to risk assessments and safety analyses such as FMEA and FTA.
  3. Specify requirements for safety-critical functionalities.
  4. Interface with software and hardware development teams.
  5. Facilitate and attend technical assessments.
  6. Develop test plans, define test specifications, and execute tests.
  7. Verify safety concepts on HIL, testbeds, and in vehicles.
  8. Contribute to R&D activities.
  9. Report safety-critical issues to project and line management.
  10. Possess knowledge of verification and validation of safety-critical systems, including fault insertion testing.
  11. Have knowledge of software and electronic hardware.
  12. Understand safety standards such as ISO 26262.
  13. Be familiar with existing safety concepts like FSC and TSC.
  14. Engage in requirements development and engineering.
  15. Apply safety analysis techniques such as FMEA, FTA, DFA.
  16. Possess domain-specific knowledge depending on the application (e.g., powertrain, transmission, ADAS).
  17. Have knowledge of software and electronic hardware development.
  18. Demonstrate problem-solving skills, solution-oriented thinking, and analytical abilities.
  19. Exhibit teamwork, social, leadership, and assertiveness skills.
  20. Be comfortable speaking English.
