Experience - 10 - 15 years

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Head to lead and manage end-to-end operations at our sustainable rubber recycling facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with proven expertise in plant management, process optimization, and team leadership. The role requires a commitment to sustainability, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and manage plant budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and resource planning.
• Implement and scale sustainable practices and green technologies in line with company values.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships related to equipment, raw materials, and waste handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing/processing plant, with at least 5 years in a leadership or Plant Head role.
• Prior experience in rubber recycling, waste management, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in industrial processes.
