A leading media agency in Milan is seeking a Digital Media Planner to develop and manage digital media strategies. The role involves optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and building relationships with clients and media partners. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in digital media planning.

Competenze

We are looking for a Digital Media Planner to join the UM Digital team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage digital media plans (planning and buying)
  2. Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities: biddable, programmatic, and direct deals
  3. Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processes
  4. Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients
  5. Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis
  6. Develop digital media strategy guided by the digital media partner
  7. Interact daily and maintain rapport with digital media publishers
  8. Interact daily and maintain rapport with the EMEA UM team to manage planning and strategy for international clients
  9. Collaborate with IPG Mediabrands business units, both local and global, including Biddable, Programmatic, AdOps, and Data & Tech
  10. Build productive relationships with internal teams and technology partners
  11. Analyze research data and media/marketing information; report findings to clients
  12. Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance; assist in strategic analysis of campaigns
  13. Contribute to new business and marketing activities as needed
Desired Skills & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Media planning
  • Knowledge of ad serving/trafficking technology (e.g., DoubleClick DART)
  • Knowledge of ad verification technologies (e.g., IAS, DV)
  • Knowledge of various DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Amazon)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language skills: Good English (minimum B1), excellent Italian (C2)
