Company Description

Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, branch of Tradate, is seeking for a client company operating in the mechanical field:

Junior Technical Office Employee

The selected candidate will be integrated into the technical office and will be responsible for modifying and developing 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using CAD software (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) based on client specifications. They will support in designing mechanical components, defining technical specifications according to production needs.

They will collaborate with the production team to ensure the correct realization of drawings and specifications, and will handle technical documentation, supporting verification and control phases during production.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in mechanical field and has a good knowledge of main CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).

Must have essential skills in modifying and developing mechanical drawings and be interested in gaining skills in quality control.

Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and processing diagrams, teamwork skills, and good interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of basic quality standards in the mechanical sector will be considered a plus.

Additional Information

Work Location: near Oggiona

Working hours: full-time daytime from Monday to Friday

Offer: initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanence, salary commensurate with experience
