A leading end-user organization is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join their global HR systems team. This remote role involves managing data and configuration, supporting the system, and engaging with users across Europe. Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and excellent communication skills.

Oracle HCM System Analyst - Cloud

Overview

An exciting new position has arisen for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst to join a rewarding, market-leading end-user organization based in Europe. As the Senior Oracle HCM System Analyst, you will join a global HR systems team, focusing on HCM Cloud, managing data, configuration, change requests, system support, and engagement across the user community.

Location

Europe-based - Candidates will be remote, with ad-hoc travel. Locations considered include Germany, Poland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden.

Key Requirements

1. Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
2. System administration experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
3. Core Oracle HCM experience (ideally with at least two modules such as HR, Talent, Recruitment)
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
