Una società di consulenza IT cerca un Analista Tecnico freelance con esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni backend. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza in Java e metodologie Agile, e sarà in grado di collaborare efficacemente con i team di sviluppo. Questa posizione offre un contratto freelance a distanza per un periodo di 12 mesi, con una tariffa competitiva.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in progetti di sviluppo software, preferibilmente in metodologia Agile.
• Conoscenza approfondita dell'architettura IT esistente e dei flussi tecnici.
• Familiarità con l'architettura a microservizi e il modello di design del dominio.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supports developers during the development phase.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Stories), examining costs, benefits, and risks before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions logically and systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of the existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

• Problem-solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, and able to coach others.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills across different skill and seniority levels.
• Main areas of knowledge include:
• Microservices architecture and domain design model.
• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape at the application level relevant to the domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Familiarity with Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology.
• Understanding of retail banking business.
