As a solution consultant/analyst in our global “SherpaX SI CPQ” project, you will help shape and implement the foundation for a state-of-the-art IT platform supporting the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI). Collaborating with an agile team—including the product owner, solution architect, product manager, and developers—you will serve as the bridge between the business and IT, defining requirements and user stories for the new SF RLM CPQ solution. Key responsibilities include managing integrations and information flow from various Siemens SI IT systems, including interfaces to ERP and other platforms, to enable seamless end-to-end processes.

Your main activities will be to:
  • Identify and elicit the SI CPQ business needs
  • Research, plan, and communicate requirements to PO’s and developers, overseeing project progress and quality
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams
  • Collaborate with the SI CPQ architect to develop efficient IT solutions
  • Break down business features into manageable user stories
  • Work within an Agile SAFe framework
  • Support the evolution of the functional solution architecture

To be a perfect fit for this role, you should have:

  • Multiple years of experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultant
  • Knowledge of SFDC development and/or administration (a plus)
  • Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC projects, preferably in CPQ
  • Proven ability to present solutions and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience coordinating internal and external teams on interface and process integration to achieve common solutions
  • Experience working in an Agile DevOps SCRUM environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and experience in an international setting
  • A pragmatic, output-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
  • Commitment to meeting Siemens quality standards (product and process)
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
