INTERIOR DESIGNER AND PROJECT SUPERVISOR, Monza-Brianza

Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

HENRYTIMI is seeking to hire a new team member for its organization.

Required Skills:

1. Specific and technical experience of at least 3-5 years.
2. Extensive technical knowledge and skills for interior project design, up to detailed construction drawings 1:1.
3. Experience and excellent organizational skills to supervise projects from production to construction site.
4. Proficiency in 2D and 3D software and graphic tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop interior projects, managing development phases independently, from executive drawings to production and site surveys, including construction documents.
2. Develop concepts with mastery of main 2D drawing software.
3. Monitor project progression from production to final installation:

• Photographic/executive site surveys
• Preparation of electrical/plant/cadastral executive drawings
• Control of project progress during all construction phases
• Supervision of workforce
• Use of technical site equipment (laser, measuring tools, etc.)
• Supervision and control of finishing, installation, and furniture placement phases

Additional Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of the English language.
• Interest and passion for high-end furniture and design sectors.
• Work location: Milan, with availability for travel within Italy and abroad.
