THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager Ecommerce to manage and grow our key accounts on the online channel. The ideal candidate will develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, deeply understand their business goals, and create and implement effective ecommerce strategies to achieve those goals. This position requires a strong understanding of the ecommerce landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing complex accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and develop relationships with key ecommerce clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online sales.
  • Monitor client performance and provide detailed analysis and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics, product) to create an efficient e-trade plan to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
  • Plan and execute an optimized Amazon Advertising Plan.
  • Use ecommerce analytics tools to monitor performance (KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and ecommerce best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5-7 years as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the ecommerce sector.
  • Experience in the Beauty Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian and international ecommerce landscape, online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret ecommerce data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with various company functions.
