The Role:
- Maximize sales for the store;
- Develop enduring relationships with clients;
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
- Approach customers and offer advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
- Manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
- Advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
- Handle merchandise returns;
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
- Support the team in the general operations of "The Bridge" store;
- Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
- Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
- Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
- Go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
The Candidate:
- Chinese Speaking
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire customers and colleagues
