JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skincare Communications Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our Skincare Brand Communications Manager, you will be led by a purpose-driven approach to business and able to implement an effective omnichannel communication strategy enhancing our brand’s uniqueness, positioning and success. You will work closely with Comfort Zone Global Creative, Marketing, Trade, Pr and Digital teams as well as with Davines Group Corporate Communications.

What You Will Do

Brand Messaging & Strategy

  • Craft and cascade key brand messaging and communication plans aligned with the company's mission, product philosophy, and target audience (e.g., estheticians, skin care professionals, beauty lovers, media and business partners).
  • Ensure Brand Equity and Leverage through strategic digital editorial content plan and production
  • Ensure consistency and excellence of messages, tone of voice and visual codes across all communication touchpoints.


Branding Activations

  • Craft omnichannel brand and product campaigns in collaboration with marketing, pr, trade and digital teams targeting our professional clients and our end consumers.
  • Ensure brand consistency across in-store and digital content—including social media, blogs, and websites—by reviewing and aligning messaging with the brand’s professional values, client-centric positioning, and evolving skincare trends, in close collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Conduct research to monitor skin care trends and competitors campaigns
  • Provide omnichannel activations and campaign briefs
  • Collaborate with the Advocacy team to co-manage influencer and content creator campaign briefs.
  • Monitor and analyze omnichannel communications and activations data.


Internal and Key Stakeholders Communication

  • Create internal guidelines, communications, presentations, and newsletters to keep our skin care division and our group community informed and aligned with our projects and activations
  • Support sales and training teams with brand messaging and clear communication tools for field staff and professional partners.


Event Communication

  • Coordinate communications for industry events, conferences, webinars, trade shows, consumer events.
  • Prepare branded materials, speaker notes, and promotional content.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role within an international and luxury context, with a strong track record in managing omnichannel branding and campaigns. Combines a humanistic background with planning and analytical skills. Knowledge of both physical touchpoints and digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), with strengths in communication strategy, trend analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (native or advanced level) and Italian, any other language, especially French, German, Spanish and Chinese are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent copywriting is a must, video editing tools, and social media management platforms (Dash Hudson, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar).
  • Collaborations with the Ecommerce and Social Media team.
  • Soft Skills: Aesthetic eye and passion for luxury and design, analytical mindset, excellent time and project management, attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and proactivity.
  • Passion for Professional Skin Care and Sustainability, Enthusiasm for storytelling, and staying updated on emerging social and digital trends.
  • International Exposure: Work or living experience abroad is a plus.
