A leading hotel in Rome is seeking a Rooms Management Trainee to support various operational tasks within the Rooms department. This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel operations, allowing you to build upon your classroom studies while working closely with management. Ideal candidates are current college students proficient in English and Italian, eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

At The St. Regis Rome, we are looking for a Rooms Management Trainee who will have the opportunity to support the Rooms department in:

1. Operational support across various outlets within the Rooms department, taking on increasing responsibilities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the department from multiple perspectives. These outlets may include Banqueting Operations, Lumen Cocktails and Cuisine, and In-Room Dining.
2. Assisting the Rooms management with administrative tasks such as preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets, and managing projects.
3. Supporting the supervision of the Rooms department operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
4. Completing managerial tasks, projects, and duties of increasing responsibility to support the Rooms operation.
5. Providing administrative support to the Rooms Director, Executive Butlers, Front Office Team, and Executive Housekeeper in promotional documentation of Rooms activities.
6. Collaborating closely with the Rooms Director to support tasks assigned by the General Manager.
7. Reporting directly to the Rooms Director.

Requirements: Proficient in English and Italian.
