Job Description:

As a Senior D365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will provide business consulting, strategic planning, and support the successful implementation of Microsoft D365 Business Central products for small to mid-market businesses, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform consulting services for Business Central projects, including documentation, configuration, testing, and issue tracking.
2. Work with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support during implementation.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships, communicate project status, and represent the company professionally.
4. Configure, customize, and test systems based on client requirements.
5. Develop and assist in academy-led training with content and expertise.
6. Write and maintain project documentation based on specifications.
7. Support end-user and system administrator training remotely.
8. Adhere to best practices in configuration, programming, and documentation.
9. Continuously improve knowledge through research and self-study.
10. Identify and recommend process, methodology, and best practice improvements.
11. Participate in company training and obtain relevant certifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of D365 Business Central (BC) or NAV implementation experience.
• Full lifecycle experience with core finance or operations modules.
• Experience working in a progressive management consulting or professional services firm.
• Experience with multiple add-ons or ISVs, such as InsightWorks, Multi-Entity Management (MEM), etc.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
