Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Manager for a full-time position to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including revamping, repowering, and EPC of photovoltaic power plants.

This role involves support from our Milan (Italy) administrative office to staff at all organizational levels within an exciting and growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and control the scope, program, budget, project team organization of revamping & repowering PV / Solar projects.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate project execution workstreams, including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, and HSE.
• Provide clear and concise status reports on project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Ensure compliance with operational project documentation and requirements.
• Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects against set milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical standards is a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.
• Proficiency in CAD for power plant design; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.
• Understanding of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, and related equipment and technologies.
• Excellent technical communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited directives.
• Proactive, flexible, and interested in innovative solutions.
• Interest or experience in project management is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
