LARDINI S.P.A., a leading company in the production and marketing of clothing (Fashion/LifeStyle Segment), is looking for an E-COMMERCE MANAGER to strengthen its team. The role involves supporting the consolidation and development of online sales with a strategic vision, analytical skills, and excellent project management. The ideal candidate has a growth-oriented mindset and can thrive in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and management of the online commercial and promotional plan in synergy with marketing and product teams.
- Coordinate e-commerce and omnichannel activities on marketplaces, ensuring consistency of catalog, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor digital channel performance: sales, traffic, conversion rate, marginality (first and second), AOV.
- Manage and update an operational GANTT for e-commerce channel activities, facilitating alignment between internal and external teams.
- Coordinate suppliers and departments involved in the project (development, advertising, creative, logistics, customer service).
- Supervise Web Marketing and Advertising activities (Google, Meta, Email Marketing), in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
- Manage the online product catalog, ensuring updates are consistent with stock, promotions, and communication content (homepage, newsletter, social).
- Collaborate in the development of activities such as affiliation marketing and marketing automation, with a performance perspective.
- Provide analytical support to the buying & merchandising team to optimize the assortment based on seasonal data and sales results.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with GANTT and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM, automation, or tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign
- Background or strong interest in fashion, creativity, and design.
