Hotel Manager Position - Lake Garda (Seasonal 2025)

Horstmann Hotels Group is seeking Hotel Managers for the 2025 season at our hotels on Lake Garda. We are looking for brilliant and motivated candidates to join us in our ongoing change and renewal project.

The ideal candidate's experience and background should be adequate; however, more important is their ability to proactively manage the team, especially during stressful periods like seasonal peaks. We value candidates who demonstrate coaching skills and an approach that enhances the personal talents of their team members.

We seek a positive individual with a strong problem-solving attitude, highly focused on the customer experience, understanding that it depends both on the location and, most importantly, on the staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the premises, reporting directly to the General Manager.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, HR management, performance, and results, with support from the Group HR Department.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
