Competenze

Join a leading company in the renewable energy market! We are looking for a Senior Field Technician specialized in BESS to be part of our team in Emilia Romagna, Italy. This role involves onsite and remote support for BESS devices, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform field activities including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BESS systems.
• Coordinate with the EU and HQ teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, analyze operational data, and collaborate with the monitoring team.
• Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities on-site.
• Support help desk with technical assistance and ticket management.

Skill Requirements:

• Electrical certification compliant with local laws.
• Proficiency with basic electrical tools (multimeter, torque wrench).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and relevant technical knowledge.
• At least 2 years of onsite experience with BESS systems, electrical device installation, wiring, and commissioning.
• Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), capable of writing technical manuals.
• Knowledge of HSE and PPE management.
• Experience in spare parts management and resource coordination.
