Job Description:

We are seeking a Consumer Value Project Specialist in Milan to contribute to our legacy and shape our future. This role involves managing, optimizing, and scaling clientelling and consumer engagement projects worldwide, working closely with CVM, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Retail, and Regions. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into operational execution with a focus on innovation and customer-centricity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of clientelling projects and consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Driving process optimization for clientelling initiatives.
  • Acting as liaison between HQ and regional teams to ensure local execution aligns with global strategy.
  • Working with retail teams to optimize clientelling methodologies.
  • Defining and monitoring KPIs related to clientelling effectiveness, consumer engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborating with Data & Insights teams to analyze customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Partnering with digital transformation teams to integrate clientelling into store and online experiences.
  • Proposing innovative approaches leveraging digital tools and AI-driven personalization.
  • Supporting pilots and test initiatives for new clientelling technologies.
  • Working with training teams to equip store staff with necessary tools and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or luxury sectors.
  • Strong project management skills for complex consumer initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with strategic insight capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital engagement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
