The Role

Join our dynamic Go-To-Market team as a Customer Technology Advisor. As a certified expert, you will drive technology solutions for our customers, collaborate with partners, and showcase our industry leadership through demos and presentations.

Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. Use your technical knowledge and certifications to develop profitable deals and deliver value to customers.

Demonstrate your domain knowledge, technical skills, and business acumen to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Lead pre-sales processes, ensure quality and compliance, and build relationships with external partners to co-create solutions.

Embark on a journey of innovation and growth, shaping future technology solutions and making a meaningful impact on our customers and Kyndryl.

Who You Are

You are experienced, growth-minded, customer-focused, and inclusive. Required skills include deep domain knowledge in services and solutions, experience translating technical insights into customer value, and recognized expertise supported by certifications in areas like Application Data, AI, and Cloud.

Preferred qualifications include at least 5 years of selling technical services, designing large-scale data platform solutions, and knowledge of cloud architectures and platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Cloudera. Programming skills in Scala, Python, PySpark, Java, SQL, and familiarity with Big Data frameworks are advantageous.
