What will your role be?

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to perform the following activities:

  1. Building Construction Procurement Service: Develop and execute strategies to procure construction and building services. Analyze market trends, manage supplier relationships, and ensure best procurement practices in line with procurement processes. Responsibilities include supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  2. Procurement Project Management (PPM): Plan and manage procurement projects from start to finish. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget. Monitor progress, manage risks, handle changes, and resolve issues with suppliers to maintain efficiency.
  3. Tender Management: Lead tender processes for construction projects. Prepare documentation, evaluate bids, and select suitable contractors. Ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards.
  4. Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers and legal teams to achieve favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships. Use effective negotiation strategies to address price, quality, delivery, and warranties. Resolve conflicts during negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Facilitate communication and coordination to meet project goals and deadlines.
  6. Cost Management: Develop initiatives to save costs and negotiate competitive prices with suppliers and contractors.
  7. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks related to procurement and construction projects. Propose mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and avoid extra costs.
