That’s why we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence.

Responsibilities :

  • Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
  • Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
  • Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and / or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.

Requirements :

  • Total availability for shifts 24h 7 / 7
  • Part-time of 30 hours
  • Good Knowledge of English and Italian (another language like Spanish or French will be a plus)
  • Previous experience in operations and / or customer service will be a plus
  • Team spirit
  • Ideally based in Lombardy
  • The role is fixed-term for 6 months
  • This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
  • Smart-working twice a week
