Job Description

Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., a multi-line insurance company of the Unipol Group and a leader in Italy in the Damage sectors, is seeking to strengthen its risk underwriting activities in the corporate business segment. The company is looking for a:

Senior Business Analyst - SAS

Location: Milan - Porta Romana

Within the organizational team "Actuarial, Normative and International Office," the successful candidate will actively contribute throughout all risk quotation phases for the company's corporate clients. The role involves working on projects and activities dedicated to the Corporate Business Line, including:

  1. Statistical actuarial analysis of premium/claim trends in the portfolio;
  2. Analysis and monitoring of client portfolio profitability;
  3. Support to technical underwriting functions for corporate damage risk quotation;
  4. Development of advanced pricing models;

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Statistical and Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or equivalent, with excellent final grade;
  • Proven professional experience in consulting firms, actuarial studies, or insurance companies;
  • Excellent programming skills in SAS and proficiency in other statistical applications (VB, R, MATLAB);
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

The search is open to both male and female candidates in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006.

Candidates possessing the required skills and professional experience will be offered a permanent contract under the Insurance Companies National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) and an incentive system linked to achieving assigned objectives.
