Position Summary

Greet guests, determine the number in their party, and seat them by finding a clean, available table. Assist guests by guiding them through the dining areas, arranging tables, chairs, and settings, and organizing seating for groups with special needs. Ensure place settings are appropriate, with napkins, silverware, and other standard items. Check menus for currency, cleanliness, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and monitor dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.

Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome guests warmly, communicate clearly, answer phones courteously, and foster positive relationships with team members. Adhere to quality standards. Be able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods, and lift objects up to 10 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned.
