Position Overview

As the Director of eCommerce Sales, you will be the architect of our Amazon and Pureplay sales strategy, driving transformational success across our portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and disrupt in one of the fastest-growing commerce channels in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Amazon strategy to ensure net sales growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with Amazon, including negotiations and joint business planning.
  • Capitalize on first-mover advantages with emerging eCommerce channels like Social and Rapid Commerce.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies leveraging pricing, promotions, advertising, and content to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Partner with analytics teams to utilize data for insights, investment optimization, and staying ahead of customer algorithms.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Promote eCommerce growth and best practices throughout the sales organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in Sales, including Amazon account management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven leadership in a digital-first, high-growth environment managing Amazon Vendor and Seller Central.
  • History of delivering double-digit revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
