Quality & Sustainability Assistant

Supports the Quality & Sustainability Manager in managing, implementing, and controlling company operational standards and certifications. Responsible for documentation, internal audits, improvement actions, and continuous monitoring of guest satisfaction through customer satisfaction tools and mystery guest surveys. Verifies the correct application of regulations related to HACCP, Privacy, and Safety across Lefay Group's hospitality structures. Collaborates with the Chief Sustainability Officer to support the management in applying quality and environmental and social sustainability guidelines, maintaining relevant external certifications, and coordinating the annual Sustainability Report.

Characteristics:

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Strong predisposition for teamwork
• Knowledge and experience in obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications
• Experience in drafting the Sustainability Report, preferably according to the Global Reporting Initiative standard
• Knowledge of HACCP, Safety 81/2008, and GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)
• Preferably familiar with CO2 emission calculation systems according to ISO 14064
• Willingness to travel
