Job Description:

The Customer Care Specialist, located in our HQ office in Solomeo, is part of the Global CRM team and will act as a Brand Ambassador towards the customer who contacts the Brand from all countries and channels (e-commerce, boutiques, multibrand doors).

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, she/he will work closely with the Retail, Multibrand, and Digital teams, as well as the Repairs, E-commerce warehouse, Legal, and DPO departments, and with the Local CRM and customer care colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to spreading the CRM culture within the company.
  • Establish human connections with customers in every interaction, opening doors to the Brand, Solomeo, Casa Cucinelli, and Boutiques worldwide.
  • Act as a personal stylist, managing clienteling activities both digitally and physically, to proactively involve customers in the Brand's life, enhance their experience, and foster a bond.
  • Review, prioritize, and manage all customer service requests, ensuring excellent service aligned with the luxury Brand positioning, before, during, and after purchase.
  • Manage returns, repairs, and alterations, tracking and facilitating operations.
  • Support E-commerce OMS, operations, and Omnichannel activities, including shipment monitoring and follow-up with clients.
  • Assist with special projects such as training sessions, customer delight initiatives, and gifting.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic and French (spoken and written); fluency in Italian and English required
  • Minimum experience in Customer Care, Retail, or CRM roles, ideally in luxury.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for authentic relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate gently and empathetically, alleviating difficult situations in line with the Brand's spirit.
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; proficiency in Excel is required.
